Interesting online feedback/review tool to replace those useless annual performance review sessions. Allows you to ask anonymous questions of your co-workers, clients, etc and get their feedback constantly.

Cordarounds

Pretty awesome, hand-made corduroy pants where the cord goes horizontal. They also make some sweet “bike to work” pants (with reflectors) and other neat things.
